| Introduction | I have a Master of Science in Library and Information Science with Archives Management Concentration. Even though I will not be pursuing a degree in journalism or related to writing, I have and will continue to cover events, items, and individuals related to anime, manga and comics. I have done interviews with Mary Alice LeGrow the author and artist of Bizenghast, Stephanie Nadolny voice actress of Goku, and Peter Tatara Program Manager of the New York Anime Festival, just to name a few. Not only will I be dealing with anime and manga, but I hope to cover events and people related to American comics. As an undergraduate, I invited speakers to my school, such as Professor William Foster, the Comic Book Historian and Alex Simmons, founder of Kids Comic Con, who are members of the Comic Book world. I hope to continue my involvement in both worlds and I hope you will enjoy my blog. Greatest moment for an Anime/Manga fan? My professor said I change his views on manga and now he actually looks through manga. (^_^) |
