Introduction	It's a new year and time to shake things up. I've let myself go a little bit, and I'm ready to put myself back together. What does that mean? Well, it includes getting in shape, losing some weight (and counting some points), and trying some new and different things. My sidekick/life partner, Austin, of course is around for commentary on my cooking and cheering me on along the way! 2012 will be a good year- follow me on the journey!
