Introduction	I have allergies! Technically they are “food sensitivities” and yes, it really is worth it to eat foods that are safe for me, and avoid the ones that aren’t. Living with allergies has its challenges, but I’m learning that ‘living without’ is definitely living. Most of my recipes are wheat-free, egg-free, dairy-free, and yeast-free.
