| Introduction | In 2007 at 0643 hours in the morning TWO units of Phoenix Police Department's SWAT/SAU teams akin to a small MILITIA arrived at my residence and breached the front door. Their alleged goal was to chill FREE SPEECH and suspend my website BLACKROBEAZ which had disseminated information regarding ROGUE detectives in the Phoenix P.D. & EXPOSED them to the public. In fact, former & lead detective Mary Freund was quoted as saying "HE SHOULD BE DEAD" referring to Glen Scotti who Freund had singled out and retaliated against for Freund's role in a highly conflicted child custody case. As a former law enforcer, investigator and socially responsible human being I have witnessed the best and the worst in people. One could imagine my amazement when I learned that Freund and her two supervisors (Christine Gonzalez & Sandra Renteria) had planned this ATTACK well in advance and had lied to a magistrate with PERJURED false information in order to appropriate a search warrant which is definitive incontrovertible violation of the "COLOR OF LAW". . |
