Introduction	I am an artist and writer, with degrees in English and History. An east coast person all my life, I was transplanted to New Mexico in 2006, and was instantly enchanted by the fiery sunsets and equally fiery chile. I do primarily oil painting, and teach it to both classes and private students. Painting is a constant exploration for me -- an effort to create an emotion in the viewer, or to give visualization to a thought or emotion of mine and bring it to the viewer. Sometimes it works. Sometimes the process teaches me, and.. yes(laughing), sometimes it is just trash. But it is aways an adventure!
