| Introduction | Appendiceal cancer is very rare – considered a one in a million diagnosis. I am now officially "a one in a million"...isn't that special ;) This is my new challenge and this is my little corner of the world to share my favorite finds that help me maintain as healthy a body and mind that I can. I hope you take something away that you can use. Leave what you can't for someone else :) I was diagnosed with appendix cancer on July 9, 2009. I'm still researching my options and would like to use this venue as my sounding board. I hope to share some useful information, tips, recipes etc that may help myself and others cope with this "new normal" way of life. |
