| Introduction | I am a single mom with two college age daughters. I live in a suburb of Chicago, but have enjoyed living in the city and also in northern Ontario. I'm still searching for my special place. I'm also searching for a true calling for the years I have left to be employed. I don't like doing things that I am not passionate about. There is only this one life, this one chance to contribute something worthwhile. |
| Interests | I am interested in too many things so my mind is always going in a myriad of directions simultaneously. I have trouble focusing but when I do I can accomplish amazing things. I work on inspiration and if I am not moved nothing happens. I like to be surrounded by my special junque and collect just about everything from antiques to beach sand. I have trouble throwing anything away because I can always think of a use for it--everything & everyone is redeemable. I am a dedicated cinophile and like to read non-fiction books. Sometimes I even let myself read a novel. I like to listen to live music and dance while socializing with friends. I am interested in politics especially this year, and am a cultural observer. I also like to delve into spirituality & theology. I can find theology in a chile recipe. I feel best when I remember to be artistically creative. |
