| Introduction | When I was diagnosed with Celiac, my beer drinking days were over. I needed to find an alternative to tickle my pallet. Hence I started my journey with cider. I am first to admit that I am not an expert with terms or terminology to describe taste, aroma etc. Yet with each cider I've had, there is something unique with each one. My goal is to rate each cider I try and hope my opinion will help others whether you be celiac or someone who enjoys cider. I will look forward to your comments or suggestions of new ciders to try.
