Introduction	I have struggled with self image issues my entire life. I am incapable of establishing appropriate boundaries with food and consistent discipline with exercise. This blog is my desperate attempt to journal my life so as to try and discover a pattern between my eating and my life struggles. Maybe if I discover it, I can conquer it.
