| Introduction | I have been overweight for most of my adult life. The older I get, the harder it is to lose. I also find it hard to stay motivated...and to exercise. I love to eat. Good for me, bad for me, doesn't matter. If it's edible I will most likely eat it. I moved to TX in February 2012 to be with my mother who is in her 70's. We both need to lose weight. I'm hoping to be her motivation and support. |
