Introduction	Growing up in a rural community located in Southern Mississippi, I am well aware to the strengths of a small school; however, moving to the Northeastern suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia, and raising my children in one of the largest school districts in the United States, I can also see the benefits of having more opportunities for children, parents, and teachers. I hope my love of education and desire for all to succeed are evident in my career as a teacher, administrator, and professional developer.
