| Introduction | I am a graduate student studying in New York, living and working in Connecticut. I study International Affairs: Global Conflict & Security and will be pursuing my Phd in Political Science. Over the past year (largely as a result of being a newlywed and having our own place) cooking became a necessity that developed into an interest. It has often been difficult to find a recipes for Vegetarians and vary the menu every night. I often found myself browsing the internet for "vegetarian recipes". Hopefully this can also serve as a resource for those looking for the same. However, my first priority and interest will always be in raising awareness of human and animal suffering throughout the world. Partly because of my background in political science I also thoroughly enjoy American Politics and will post news related to that issue, especially in the 2008 election season. |
