| Introduction | I hope that this blog will be beneficial to those that read it. I hope to educate, motivate, and encourage my readers so that you/they can become healthier and fitter. I grew up in a rural area, I did a lot of farm work growing up. There, I learned the value of working hard and doing my best. After high school, I joined the military to both serve my country and provide a way to further my education. I received an associated degree from a community college in "health, physical education, and recreation". I then completed a Bachelor of education in Exercise Science at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. |
