Introduction	I love the smell of fresh tomatoes. I love sheets drying on a clothesline. I love the sound of a tractor in the distance. I love the feel of an old quilt. Inspired by years spent teaching yoga, the mountains of East Tennessee, and a desire to lead a simple, country life, I run barefoot around my farm house doing projects, cooking (vegetarian, of course), breathing, and being...generally trying to manage the day to day.
