| Introduction | I have been an avid runner for 7 years now. I've run 5-7 days a week 3-12 miles each time and it's been amazing. Until now, I've run many 5Ks, 2 8Ks, and 3 10Ks in New York, Maryland, and Washington D.C. But, it's time.... for a Marathon. There once was a bald frog. One day, he said enough was enough and went to "The Wig Party," a local wig store. He told the clerk of his predicament. Minutes later, the clerk produced a "Fabio" wig especially fitted for the frog. From that day on, the lady-frogs knew him as "Froggio." He lived happily ever after.
