| Introduction | I agreed to stay with my mother for "a couple weeks" in June of 2013. I'm still here. Me, Ma and her dementia. This is our story. If you are looking for sunshine and flowers, keep moving. If you are looking for colostomy bags, handfuls of poop and quite a few tears, this may be for you. Profanity sprinkled liberally on said piles of poop and lots of irreverent thoughts. If you want tales of mothers and daughters reconnecting and lovingly going off into the sunset, there's already plenty of that.
