Introduction	Welcome to Hilsea Conservatives. Hilsea Ward is one of 14 electoral areas or wards that make up Portsmouth City Council. It covers the north-west corner of Portsea Island running from Hilsea Lido in the north down to Stubbington Avenue in the south and every four years elects three councillors to represent the more than 10,000 registered voters.
