| Introduction | "Imagination is more important than knowledge." ~Albert Einstein. You know, that Albert guy was a pretty smart dude. I never understood his theory of relativity, but I will take his word for it. In this blog, it is my goal to help parents and teachers come up with ideas and projects to help build the imagination. I will also blog about creative decorating ideas, especially those that can be made on a budget (my favorite!). I create beautiful things because my soul craves constant creative stimulation. There's something raw and wonderful about creating something beautiful from scratch. Sometimes I wake up at 2 am with an idea and I will not go back to sleep until I figure out how to implement it. I am therefore addicted to Diet Coke...Diehard Auburn fan, avid reader and writer, lover of the great outdoors and grosgrain ribbons, connoisseur of pretty fabric and Southern Living magazines, savvy with a shotgun (watch out!), and always up for any kind of road trip or adventure that will inspire me. I believe inspiration is everywhere. I hope something on this blog will inspire YOU to create something beautiful with your own hands. Happy blogging and War Eagle! |
