| Introduction | Ricky Spears is an instructor and author for SharePoint Solutions. He authored the popular SharePoint 2007 MOSS Core Features, SharePoint 2007 MOSS Advanced Features, and Mission: Automation - SharePoint Workflow and InfoPath classes.
