Introduction	I live, sleep and breathe spastyle! No kidding, I have a dream where I'm being pampered and coddled into bliss. (Much better than my other dream, where I eat so many Krispy Kreme donuts that I blow up like Violet from Willy Wonka and burst!. . . ew!) My spa obsession began when i was 16 & lost over 50 pounds copying a famous spa's routine. (maybe the roots of the kreme dream?) I've stayed at over 90 spas, undergone more than 500 treatments, am a professional spa consultant, have a spa store on ebay and even wrote a book Art of the Spa.
