| Introduction | I may seem like a paragon of exercise and healthy living (running, gym, cycling, vegetarian) but it's all to do with denying the inevitable slide into middle age - in fact everything I do has some root in fighting the ageing process. I know I'm going to lose and ultimately it doesn't really matter anyway - but I will keep fighting as long as I can be arsed. |
| Interests | Running - kind of, gardening - don't have a garden at the mo but still keen, my cats - 2, boy and girl, one slightly bald, other one very ginger, painting - have dabbled in oils, am now moving to etching, cinema - watching films that is and would include dvds in that, TV - watching and, incidentally, making programmes for it, theatre - love the theatre, darling, f1 - bit of an addict but still fast forward when I've recorded the race, cycling - well, I have to as I cycle to work, reading - can't sleep without a reading fix, chocolate - nuff said. |
