Introduction	I have Primary Lateral Sclerosis, a rare variant of MND / ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). I've written a book about it called 'My Donkeybody' which was published by Monarch in October 2008. I am still writing. Book No 2, 'I Choose Everything', cowritten with Jozanne Moss, came out in July 2010. I believe passionately in the value of life. I have two blogs "The Cracked Pot" and "Diary of a Dancing Donkey".
