Introduction	my family thinks i am crazy. 8 years ago i decided to see if i could run for 30 minutes. i did not think it could be done. then i entered a local 5K and kept going from there. i have comlpeted 20 marathons and a whole bunch of ultras, my longest being 101 miles. and then i found myself as part of the 2007 Western States field of runners. AHHHHHH!
