| Occupation | Marketing/PR/communications gal |
| Introduction | Likes: Positive thinkers, the beach, coffee, cupcakes, red and sparkling wines, England and Britishisms, the philosophy that 'life is good,' traveling and exploring new places, beauty.fashion stuff, Gilmore Girls and baking. Dislikes: Student loans, mushrooms, loud PDA, traffic & car repairs, wet socks and waiting to finally take home my future two pets: wire fox terriers to be named Calvin and Hobbes. |
| Interests | I love reading novels (but I enjoy reading magazines also), spending time with friends and family, swimming, traveling and taking walks. I love laughing-especially if I shouldn't be. All things old-fashioned, traditional, shabby chic and vintage interest me. If I could have a different occupation I think I would have made an excellent interior decorator (my own business or for films/TV programs), a beauty stylist or a teacher. |
| Favorite movies | There are far too many favorites to list but I'll name a bunch: "Gone with the Wind", "You've Got Mail" and "When Harry Met Sally," "While you were Sleeping" and "Anne of Green Gables." |
| Favorite music | Beatles, John Mayer, Billy Joel, Carrie Underwood, Eric Clapton, Jason Mraz, Michael Buble, Norah Jones and many others... |
| Favorite books | I love, love, love Laurie Notaro and Jennifer Lancaster because their writing is the kind that makes me laugh out. I'm fond of a bit of romantic cheese too, so Nicholas Sparks needs to be included here also. The books I love most are real page turners with unique, feisty characters and exciting adventures. I don't have a real "favorite book(s)" because I like to try new books regularly and not just read the same things again and again but I read Laurie Notaro's "An Idiot Girl's Christmas" every year and I also love "The Notebook." |
