Introduction	Well, I always feel writing is my strong way of communication as I simply love writing. Blogging involves writing and though the primary purpose of this blog is to successfully complete 3240 course of the Provincial Instructor program offered by Vancouver Community College, I strongly feel that this will be a stepping stone to share, contribute my views in my field of expertise and learn more from other enthusiastic bloggers out there... I am Karthik, living in Richmond with my wife Kayal, five years old daughter Harini and two months old son Krish. I moved to Canada from India in 2000. I graduated with a degree in Catering Science and Hotel Management and a Diploma in Tourism Studies in 1998. I also possess Master of Business Administration degree and few wine certifications from International Sommelier Guild. Presently, I work (F/T) in the Food & Beverage department of the River Rock Casino Resort and part-time at the Hilton Vancouver International airport.
