| Introduction | My name is Del Highfield. I am 55 years old and have lived in Oaxaca, Mexico for 2 years. Prior to that I lived in Belize, Central America for just shy of that time. I have a Masters Degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Parks Administration. After many years of public service I entered the field of arts education administration followed by many years in (of all things) RV Park administration and ownership. Following the loss of my successful business to eminent domain in the U.S. I moved to Central America to retire and reflect on life in general. For the first time in my life I have been able to travel throughout Mexico, Canada, the U.S. and parts of Central America. It has been difficult at times but always a joy. |
