| Introduction | Living with my older son Michael & my daughter Toni-Maree, plus our two dogs - my old girl Jordan & our young black Labrador Shadow as well as the fat cat Charcoal (who is thoroughly spoilt by Toni).
I have primary lymphoedema in both legs which have now resulted in me having to use a wheelchair. Learning to live with my disability has been really hard and even now I struggle daily with chronic pain and the very limited mobility I now have. This blog is my lifeline in allowing me to share my good and bad days with losing weight, becoming healthy and learning to live again in spite of being wheelchair bound and in constant pain. No excuses, just accepting my limitations & doing the best I can in spite of them! No matter how long it takes! But I will not let this disease define me, it might hinder me, but it will not defeat me!!!! |
