| Introduction | I am a specialist in investment analysis and offer my clients more than thirty years experience in the field of real estate. I received a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston Univ. and an MBA in Intern’l Trade and Finance from Lehigh Univ. I am a Sr. instructor for the National Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute CCIM program. I was named "Instructor of the Year" in 1996, and received the prestigious Victor L. Lyon Award in 1997 for my contributions to the CCIM program. In addition to teaching for CIREI, I am an Ass’t Adjunct Professor of Real Estate at New York Univ. A past State President and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), I also hold memberships in the Greater New Haven Assoc. of Realtors, CT Assoc. of Realtors, and the National Assoc. of Realtors . I am also a past president of the Connecticut CCIM Chapter, Connecticut CID chapter, and Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, and have been named "Realtor of the Year" by both the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors and Connecticut Association of Realtors. A native of New Haven, I live in Orange with my wife Marla, and two sons, Seth and Max. |
