Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Hmm...I suppose constant use of a scarf might a)make some people think u're hiding a scar of some kind or, eek, a hickey! b)feel like they're being choked or, gasp, beheaded c)this is a ridiculous question, indeed.
