Introduction	Heather Summerhayes Cariou is a writer and speaker, author of the bestselling "Sixtyfive Roses: A Sister's Memoir." She's a daughter, sister, wife, step-mother, grandmother, "Auntie" and friend. Heather grew up in small-town south western Ontario in Canada, and trained and worked as a professional actress in Toronto, across Canada and off-Broadway. Her home base is in New Jersey, just across the Hudson River from Manhattan, but she travels North America in the company of her actor husband. Heather has survived her own deep losses, and shared those of many others.
