| Introduction | J.C. is the Afternoon Announcer and Music Director for Energy 99.3 J.C. was born and raised in the town of Smiths Falls, about an hour outside of Ottawa. J.C. started his broadcasting career at the age of 16 doing play-by-play for a local junior hockey team on TV. While he continued to work on television in his late teens, he began radio in Ottawa at 18, becoming one of the youngest announcers ever hired. After working as a part-timer for nearly three years, J.C. moved to Timmins to become a full-time morning show personality before finally moving back down to southern Ontario to work at Peterborough's newest radio station Energy 99.7 J.C. spends his spare time playing hockey, kicking Bill Porter, and having an occasinal pint on a local patio. J.C. can occasinally be found on TV Cogeco in various capacities or on Energy 99.7 weekday afternoons from 2pm-7pm and Sunday's from 7am-Noon. |
