| Introduction | In my professional life, I have been a special education teacher, veterinary assistant, play therapist, and children's ministry director. Currently, I am an Educational Psychology PhD student at Oklahoma State University, and an alternative Drama Therapy student through Kansas State University. I came to DT in the summer of 2006 and quickly realized the power of drama in both therapy and instruction. I entered OSU hoping to help spread the good news about the power of play and creative drama in education and human development. In real life, I go by "Mom" and continue to learn new lessons each day about what is means to be a beloved child of God. Somewhere in me is another blog, "The Remedial Christian" ... but that's another story for another time ... |
