Introduction	I began my career in the music business in the 1980’s and have developed new writers, consulted hit songwriters, and am responsible for numerous songs being recorded by major country music artists such as Patty Loveless, George Strait, Mark Chesnutt, Reba McEntire, etc. My career took me from major record label song promoter working releases of artists such as Charlie Pride, Canyon, and Johnny Russell, to studio 2nd sound engineer working mostly with artists at the other end of the musical spectrum (later engineering various projects myself such as Joan Jett and the Blackhearts for the ‘Days of Thunder’ movie soundtrack), to publishing companies as Creative Manager, Creative Director, and later operating my own publishing and management company. Today my wife and I live on a farm just south of Nashville.
