| Introduction | Hello! I am a 31 year old addicted home baker. I live in Clearwater Fl with my Fiance and our Karate Kitten, Ninja who runs our house. I struggle with chronic illnesses and pain everyday and I use baking as my outlet. I know no matter how I am feeling if I add a few ingredients together I am going to have something amazing. Between July 09 and July 10 I lost over 100lbs and have maintained the loss for a year now. While I love making treats and goodies for my friends and family I do like to make things that are a bit healthier and I always try to sneak in something healthy that they dont know about! Ha. I am getting married in the Fall of 2011 and can't wait to move on to the next part of our lives. For now it's happy baking! |
