About me

Introduction Motueka is a town that is 50k out of Nelson, at the top of the South Island. It has lots of shops and a recreation center. 6000 people live in Motueka. The famous Kaiteriteri beach is half an hour out of Motueka. Marahau is 5 mins further. This is about the Whanau which works at Parklands. It's a special syndicate because it 's all about te reo Maori. The Whanau is closest to High street and it has its own gate. Te Aroha is written on the door of the Tuakana class. The Whanau has 5 of its own teachers . They are Matua Dean Rush (on study leave), Whaea Sharman Robin, Whaea Jessie Andersen, Whaea Sue Pryde, Whaea Shelly Paul and Aunty Mere Kingi. Our teacher-aides are Whaea Tammy and Whaea Lisa. There are 68 tamariki in the Whanau. The senior class is called the Tuakana, the middle, Teina and the Juniors, Potiki. Our blogging teacher is Mr Bailey.
