Introduction	Our blog was created after more than two years of Facebook activity as "WW1 Buffs" group and then "WW1 Buffs" Facebook fan page. This is not our intention to create this blog to replace our Facebook fan page, but we hope they both could work together. The First World War (1914-1918) is seen by some as the seminal event of the 20th Century. Both the Facebook page and this blog are for people interested in the war to discuss and to not allow the conflict to be forgotten. This blog is strictly an apolitical place open for all fans of WW1 history, events, technical development and social aspects of the war. We do not support nor sympathize with any organizations, movements, groups or persons with racial, religious or other discrimination or violence. Comments or any other content that violate the above mentioned rule will be immediately deleted and the person may be banned. This page is strictly non-commercial one, so please do not post any advertising or similar materials. All characters, symbols, photos and signs are posted and used only for the historical purpose.
