Introduction	Johnathan Shoniwa is the founder and CEO of Northern Consulting Group. The Group has interests in micro-finance lending, human resources consultancy, recruitment, corporate services and management consultancy. He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Sunderland. He is both a Chartered Secretary and a Chartered Management Accountant. Johnathan holds an MBA from University of Bradford. He is the immediate past Chairman of Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe, a company he has also served as Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director. Johnathan has also worked at various levels including at executive level for multinational companies such as Ernst & Young, Longman Publishers, Kimberly Clark and Sara Lee.
