| Introduction | Manish, a hardcore optimiser is pursuing his PhD@ IIM, Kozhikode. He has done his B.Tech in Manufacturing Engineer from National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology (NIFFT) Ranchi, India. He was known there for his passion and titled as the most enthusiastic person on campus. His research papers have appeared in International Journals of repute. He has also presented papers in National and International Conferences. He has worked in diverse areas like supply chain management, e-procurement, container terminal scheduling, and logistics. He has also served as a referee for International Journals. He has the ability to manage several things together and can accomplish all with perfection. He is also expert in motivating people, currently working on his book "Motivational Injection". His current research interest includes Rural Supply Chains and Quality in Education.
