Introduction	I am a husband and father of three kids, serving as lead pastor of Xenos Fellowship, which is a grassroots house church planting ministry in Columbus, Ohio. I've been here since 1970. Our little campus Bible study has now grown into a community of over 5,000 people, and I'm still here teaching the Bible and training leaders of home groups. I like to write, and I've authored a number of books which you can see in my bibliography. I love hanging around with the hundreds of excited and motivated Christian servants in our group, and sharing the love of God with each other and those outside the church. Apart from my role as an elder and member of the management team, I serve in our Central Teachings and in the College outreach. I also teach courses for leadership development. I hold a BA in History from Ohio State U. and an MA with focus on historical theology from Ashland Theological Seminary.
