Introduction	As president of Landmark Custom Homes I have spent over 20 years perfecting the craft of custom home building. From as far back as I can remember, I have had a passion for homebuilding. Working alongside my father Gerald Bell I learned about the philosophies that still drive my business today. You could truly say building is in my blood. I graduated from the University of Florida School of Building Construction and I'm a Florida Certified Building Contractor.
