Introduction qavah (pronunciation: kaw-vaw') is an verb in the hebrew language meaning: 'to bind'. Its translated to the english text, "to wait" or "to look" and used from one of my favorite verses Genesis 49:18=> "I look for your deliverance O Lord." (NIV) and the bible.net translation => "I wait for your deliverance O Lord." This verse describing how we are to be toward God. This word itself was an example that if we wanted to hear God and Learn God, we would have to get up ourselves and search for him, bind to him, and pour our souls into Him; even in trials of waiting ON HIM, we were still being active... and searching him, since he was doing the same for us.
