Introduction	I am a working mum and going to retirement(retire) soon. I can't cook well and coincidently I found this blog - Carol 自在生活 while surfing for recipe. The Blog taught me basic cooking, baking step-by-step and with picture too. My interest of cooking, baking starts to grow. Hopefully it is not too late. I have started to explore and improvise my cooking skills from various food bloggers who are willing to share their recipe. My gal helps me to create this blog to capture all the food recipe that I have tried. I am also learning to manage my own blog too. Thank You, Alycia.
