| Introduction | I'm a junior doctor from Belfast Northern Ireland who likes to do some training in my spare time. This is just a training log documenting my powerlifting hobby and may have some other ramblings. I started back lifting competitively in Spring 2013...and bombed. lol. Looking at competing 3 lifts again July 2014. Comments, questions and constructive criticism please!
