Introduction | Playwright whose son was misdiagnosed with low functioning autism in 2005, and later correctly diagnosed with MERLD (a severe speech delay), so became an unplanned stay-at-home-parent for a decade. Also an organic gardener, photog, runner, climber, naturalist, and happy (but worried) mom. It all worked out. Now once again a playwright, Lead Dramaturg at PlayPenn, and also a Medical Humanities and Playwriting professor, and a Bioethicist. |
Interests | For work: Bridging the gap of healthcare disparities by teaching Medical Humanities, Bioethics, and Theatre.
