| Introduction | Formally trained in classical music, my educational pursuits led me to yoga, vegetarianism, meditation and Eastern philosophies. I was initiated into the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition in 2008; I've been a practioner since 2003 and yet consider myself still a novice. My many career paths include educator, rideshare driver, musician, seamstress, and homemarker. Most recently, I work in government administration and the finance industry while balancing a culturally rich home life.
