| Introduction | I am Glenys Robyn Hicks, an Australian Christian wife married to Chris, and a great-grandmother. I love to encourage Christian women especially those of us who through distance, illness or disability, find ourselves lonely and longing for some fellowship with like minded women. With a myriad of health issues ranging from life-threatening to annoying, I write about chronic illness especially fibromyalgia, with the authority and empathy that comes from walking that sad path daily. Although primarily to encourage the ill and lonely, I write on an eclectic range of subjects because I believe we need to keep well rounded in our faith and not simply focus on our illness.... I try to include some art and prettiness as well to lift our spirits. I also have a blog of my home keeping efforts as a sacrificial home keeper, and of my handcrafts made for my grandchildren... |
