| Introduction | Penciltutor® is a school which began in 2002. We are registered with the Ministry of Education, Singapore and conveniently located in Yishun adjacent to the Chong Pang Community Club above the 7-Eleven Store. Our 73 square metre air-conditioned premise has a lecture room, 2 classrooms and an attached washroom. We have provided quality education to students retaking their GCE O levels by insisting that our class sizes are always kept small and manageable to improve student-teacher interaction.
