| Introduction | Recently, I have a scared of my life. I was diagnosed with GIST(Gastrointestinal Stroma Tumour). The oncologist found a 7 - 10 cm lump in my stomach, so I have to decide if I to have an operation. I chosed to have one and scheduled to have an operation on April 2010. And to this day, I'm still recouperating and waiting to be healed completely. Thanks to our dedicated doctors, nurses and specialist who looked after all those people like me. I spent a week in the hospital bed of Peter Mac in Melbourne. I'm taking sometime not doing tooo much work because I want my health back. I have a second chance now and I promise myself not to stress myself. When we allow anger to rule our day to day live, it undermines our health, alienate loved ones, and ruins our chances for a happy, healthy life. When mind, body, and spirit are in harmony, HAPPPINESS is the natural result. |
