IntroductionJust trying to balance and keep balance with one moment at a time. Love my Life & ALL that it has shown me. Standing in my truth will keep me on the right path. Astrologically: Pisces (sun), Taurus (moon) & Aries (rising). My children amaze me daily and I am honored to be their Mother. We all shift and change so fast it is hard to limit ourselves to any one title. I know many of you feel the same way. We are amazing beings who can live a blissful life, unlocking the secrets to your own happiness and everything in your Soul ~~Namaste~~
Interestscooking & eating organic whole foods, meeting new people; especially other Mothers and their children, breastfeeding, baby wearing, natural childbirth, HBAC(HomeBirthAfterCaesarean), cosleeping, vaccine awareness, playing with my children, teaching my children how to make good/healthy choices, learn the consequence if a bad choice was made (that's a hard one sometimes) and the importance of being kind to others, herbology, iridology, homeopathy, nutrition, wholistic approaches, gardening, photography, re-cycling & re-using, keeping my home clean, natural products, yoga, sharing stories, wisdom/thoughts/ideas, collective consciousness, Celebrating the seasons of life, earthy people, watching the colors of a sunset change, rainbows after a fresh rain, laughing, smiling, brightening someone's day, helping others who appreciate it, gemstones/crystals, aromatherapy, art & music, dance, Middle Eastern & African dancing, drums, festivals, water, boating, nature, Mountains, the Moon, bodywork of all modalities, giving/receiving massage/Reiki (etc.) blogging, creating, reading, accomplishing projects around our very old house, sewing, camping, biking with my kids in the Burley, laying underneath a Weeping Willow tree, watching the camp fire dance, hearing a Harley Davidson roll on by, tattoos, expanding my wellness of the mind, body & spirit, learning to how to better myself & grow, spirituality, traveling, dancing, glass of wine with good conversation and friends by my side :) All of which has helped shape me to the parent I am today! Being a Mother is one of my highest callings.

Favorite musicFeels good to shake!! I LOVE music and everything it evokes~~the message & energy especailly being outside during a live show (those days are far and inbetween) Here's a few that you'd hear playing inside my home/car: Billie Holiday, Joni Mitchell, Ricky Lee Jones, Janis Joplin, Lucinda Williams, Zap Mama, Bonnie Raitt, Erkya Baydu, Eddie Brickell, Sade, Enya, Patsy Cline, Latin, Beuna Vesta Social Club, Miles Davis, Stevie Wonder, Marvin Gaye, Nickel Creek, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, James Taylor, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, MMW, Galactic, Darkstar Orchresta, Trampled by Turtles, Israel Vibrations, Tom Petty, Ben Harper, Eric Clapton, Joss Stone, My all time favs: The Grateful Dead, Jerry Garcia Band, WSP, Allman Brothers, Gov't Mule, Warren H., Neil Young, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Rads...classical, bluegrass to Roots, Rock, Reggae...some old school favorites Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Prince, Free the Robots is a new one i recently just heard funky, the song was called Diary and the list goes on...I did grow up in the 80's & bet there's a few from that era too! I really like instrumentals, heavy bass the kind that you can feel vibrating in your chest, oh yeah! I have a long time love for "world music" back in my days when I was practicing & performing arts of Middle Eastern Belly Dance & African Dance...the energy of the music and the dance can take you to a specail place. I however cannot spin in circles like I once did~I get too dizzy! (I leave that one up to my kids)

Michael & Kathleen o'Neal Gear, Art Bell (talk show)on AM radio to child development/behavior type books, the list goes on and on...Miss Spider's Sunny Patch Friends volume 1-12, Dr. Seuss books, I love reading to my children.
