| Introduction | My 25 year old son, John tells me I should share my knowledge of food and nutrition with the masses.......he tells me this because I am unemployed and I spend waaaay too much time enjoying myself while I could be helping humanity mainly him and people like him who are living on their own and don't know what to cook......in addition I was diagnosed 4 years ago with type 1 diabetes and now am forced to eat healthy meals......so this will be fun.
